Making Things Happen

This was written over a year ago:


BIG AWESOME CHANGES!!

For the longest time I have talked about things I have wanted to do but never actually went out and started doing them....well, that has changed!

A few things to cross off the bucket list:

Buying breakfast for a complete stranger
Making wine with my soul mate
Going back to school

I have decided to go back to school for business. I was so nervous to take the exam, I actually wrote August for the date and broke out in hives the day before. All of that worrying and guess what happened? I ACED MY TEST! Yes!!!! I haven't been this proud in a very long time. I must say it feels good! I can't wait to get back in there and start making things happen.

This starts the beginning of a new journey and I am so very excited.

Update:

I've pulled a 4.0 every semester and should be graduating this year. Then it's off to law school. I'm hoping I'm making the right decision as to my career choice. I just want to be happy in whatever I do.
I wish I had the answer to all of life's questions.

Next thing on the bucket list:

Wine country with my love :)

Question and Answer

Question: Is it wrong to feel the constant need to improve oneself?


My Answer: It's good to have ambition but don't let it get obsessive. Anything outside your normal routine is good for you. If you want to wear, try or do something new, I say go for it. It's good to be curious and challenge yourself but you shouldn't feel envious. You're awesome and most of all, you're not alone. We all express the need to break away from our daily routines and become a better, more true, version of ourselves.
